Wherever applicable where a Member can publish content, the member agrees to ensure that the content published is valid for its purpose and will not be illegal or offensive, or any variation of negative connotation.
Memberships
Members who join the xPVP.cz network agree to follow normal rules defined by society, the venues and on the Website. Abuse of Community features, violence or threats or any negative behavior towards other players, other guests or venues will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable but contact us if an issue arises. Any Member who has had their membership terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service will not have their fees returned.
Indemnification
You agree that the Company, and any associated parties cannot be held responsible for any third-party claim, demand or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of this Website or its services.
Modification to Terms of Service
Within the limits of applicable law, the Company reserves the right to review and change this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use and browsing of the Website after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
